It was at the request of my friend I name them what they are. There was no defined theme but to me the photos felt connected somehow. The first one is one of my mom's sugar skull plant pot. She has a lot of them lying around and if I added the gloves I could make it look like a weird little skull monster looking into a really reflective floor. The second mirror image is actually a favorite of mine. I drew it a few weeks ago and was experimenting with a new, looser drawing style so everything looks whimsical and wavy even though that one Angler is gonna eat the smaller one. I like how well the eye merged when I mirrored it. I was concerned it would somehow be uneven. The last picture has something about it. I know it looks like a random picture of my door frame, but the contrast between the bright green of my wall, the yellow pillow, and the darker brown of my door frame look really cool. not to mention when I got the split right it looked pretty perfectly symmetrical, the little red lines on the floor even match up. Overall, I really like it and I hope you do to :).
